Power Seeds is a leading producer and supplier of cereal seed to the
agricultural seed trade in Ireland. We carry a comprehensive range of all leading varieties of winter and spring
Barley, Wheat and Oats.
Power Seeds also has access to a large range of breeding material from
cereal breeders world-wide. We carry out field trials on these new cultivars
every year, leading to the introduction of a wide range of varieties. These
have performed very successfully for growers.
We develop the best of these new varieties and launch them on the Irish
market. These new varieties contribute significantly to higher yields, and
better quality grain.
Power Seeds is well represented on the Irish Recommended List of cereal
varieties, which is produced by the Department of Agriculture.
